Procedure for completing the pre-enrollment
| 1 | First, please consult the key dates for the master's degree pre-enrollment periods in the Calendar tab. |
| 2 | Register in the Pre-enrollment Application. A valid email address must be provided as the username, as this is where you will receive a password to access the application. Should you have any queries regarding the use of the application, you may consult the tutorial here. |
| 3 | Once the personal and academic data have been entered and the required documentation has been attached to the application, the pre-enrollment fee (30.21 euros) must be paid for the pre-enrollment processing service. This amount is non-refundable. Payment can only be made using a VISA or MASTERCARD through the online application: in the Applications > Application data section, press the Make payment button. Upon payment, the corresponding receipt is obtained. Within 24-48 hours, the application is automatically sent and its status changes to Sent. |

Once the pre-enrollment fee has been paid, the admission application may be in one of the following statuses: Not validatedThe candidate has not completed the application within the periods between the deadlines for the payment of the pre-enrollment fee. The application will be evaluated in the subsequent resolution periods established by the pre-enrollment fee payment deadlines, provided it is completed with the required information and documentation. Should the application remain incomplete on the final day of the pre-enrollment period, it will not enter the selection process. Out of termThe application was initiated within the pre-enrollment period, but the pre-enrollment fee was paid after the final deadline. The application will not enter the selection process. ValidatedThe application is complete and the pre-enrollment fee has been paid within the deadline. The manager validates the application, and it is submitted to the master's academic committee to enter the assessment and selection process. |
| 5 | The notification of the admission resolution is conducted via email within 15 days following each deadline for the payment of the pre-enrollment fee. Consult the dates in the Calendar tab of this page. Admission will be conditional until the veracity of the academic data provided is verified on the day of official enrollment. |
Procedure for admitted students to secure a place in the master's degree
| 1 | Upon receiving the admission notification, the interested party must accept the application in the pre-enrollment system and make the payment of €300 as an enrollment deposit. You will receive detailed instructions for making this payment via email. If enrollment is ultimately not formalized, this amount will not be refunded, unless the master's degree is not conducted. |
| 2 | Once the payment of the enrollment deposit is confirmed in the system (approximately 48 hours after payment), the admission document (acceptance letter) is generated, with which students from outside the European Union can initiate the visa application procedures to permit their stay in our country for the purpose of attending the university master's program. The document is sent to the interested party via email and postal mail, 7-10 days after payment confirmation. |
