Lead a just socio-ecological transition with the MUSE
The Master's Degree in Sustainability and Strategies for a Just Global Transition (MUSE) aims to provide comprehensive training in sustainability, addressing the interactions between social, economic, and environmental systems in a transdisciplinary manner within a context of growing global complexity.
MUSE combines scientific and technical knowledge with social and governance approaches, promoting systemic impact analysis and informed, ethical decision-making. With a marked action-oriented focus, it prepares professionals capable of analyzing, designing, and implementing transformative strategies within planetary boundaries, in dialogue with diverse actors and considering local and international regulatory frameworks.
MUSE is the evolution and update of the historic Master's in Sustainability Science and Technology (MCTS) at the UPC, featuring the same academic team and a renewed structure to respond to the current challenges of the socio-ecological transition.
